Just the same way from Feb. 29th 2020 to till date AAO TV, the first independent Audio-Visual Streaming APP or OTT platform of Odisha, has made its stern, sturdy and acclaimed Global Presence. We evolved; evaluated ourselves to overcome the COVID-19- 19 pandemic challenge successfully too. Team AAO TV has overcome everything with the only guiding principle is, to cater to viewers with pure, authentic and original Entertainment.
AIM & DREAM BEHIND ACCSFF- 2020
AAO TV is not in the Entertainment Industry of Odisha, just to end up with some movies, songs and web-series. As an OTT platform we have rather a bigger and novel dream for people related to ART- Culture- Cinema and Celluloid. With this aim and objective, we’re running a Global online Film Fest, AAO Creative Collective Short Film Festival (ACCSFF- 2020 from. To our utter happiness, in a time frame of 14th Sep to Nov. 30th we have got huge response and received more than 700 Short Films of 50 Languages of 40 Countries around the world. Those reached us, starting from neighboring countries of India like, Albania, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Myanmar, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United states, Uruguay, many parts of our own state Odisha and India.
WINNERS ARE OUR TORCH-BEARERS
Winner of ACCSFF- 2020 will get Rs, 1lac INR and 2 Runners up will be remunerated with Rs. 50,000 INR each. Film Maker who will top the Popular Choice Category continuously for a period of three months will also win Rs. 50,000 INR. Other than Cash Prizes Film-Makers will be awarded with different take-away on several other categories.
WE ARE HUMBLED
On 29th Feb’ 2020, AAO TV, has started its journey in Odisha as the first Independent Audio-Visual Streaming APP. With some high hopes and broader vision, we, embark upon ACCSFF- 2020, as our debutant Online International Film Fest. ACCS Film Fest is officially launched on 14th September and the extended submission deadline was closed on 30th November 2020. On the very next day of Festival opening, that’s on 15th September we received the first short film “Pe (The Umbrella)”, from Imphal, Manipur. ACCSFF is Co-hosted by Media & Entertainment Skills Council (MESC), India and supported by Konark Infracore, Odisha. Five dignified, popular and acclaimed Film Directors of India are heading our Jury Panel. They are none other than Mr. R. V. Ramani. Mr. Rajesh S. Jala, Mr. Jugal Debata, Mr. Shushant Mishra, Mr. Tusar Wagela and Ms. Smruti Choudhury. CEO AAO Tv, Mr. Kaushik Das is the Chairman of ACCSFF, Mr. Ranjit Mohanty (CCO, AAO TV) is the Festival Director, Mr. Siddhartha Mohapatra (VP, AAO TV) is the Festival Promoter- and Festival Coordinator is Mrs. Anupama Dash(Creative Officer, AAO TV). From December 10th 2020, we have scheduled to start ACCSFF Special Screening.
SCHEDULE OF ACCSFF- 2020
We are going to start this Online International Film Fest with a bang with some of the finest International Movies on first day of Special Streaming. This Special Streaming of ACCSFF will run for a month, followed by streaming of the Short Films of Competition Category from mid of January, 2021. We take this as pride that with the requests of participant Film-Makers we have to stretch the submission deadline for 10 more days. ACCS Online International Film Festival- 2020 will run till March 27th 2021. And the festival event date will be declared soon be updated with you all in regular mails. Google Drive links will be sent to access short films at your ease and comfort. We will be looking forward to your kind support to make ACCSFF- 2020 a success.
